Returns & Refund Policy
Item must be returned within 7 days after the buyer receives it.
Buyer is responsible for postage costs incurred in returning products unless the wrong item has been posted or it has been received dead on arrival.
Returns must be agreed by both parties prior to the actual return.
We will not refund items that are damaged because of improper use or poor packaging by the buyer.
Star Products reserves the right to provide buyers a replacement, parts or full or partial refund.
We do not allow returns due to change of mind.
