We use Australia Post, TNT, TOLL IPEC, or other couriers depending on your area/item.
We will despatch the item within 2 business days after your payment is cleared.
Buyers will be able to track the delivery online with a tracking number.
Please note that should you not be available to sign at the time of delivery a card will be left in your mailbox to enable collection at your local Post Office.
Buyers have the full responsability to provide us with the correct delivery address (and Business name if the item is to be sent to a business address) and mobile phone number on checkout page before payment.
Please be aware that any large items that cannot be sent with Australia Post are to be sent with a courier and they do NOT accept deliveries to P.O Boxes.
